Always friendly! Always kind! I love the pups it’s such a warm welcome ! Makes you feel like home which makes picking out a couch much easier. They have a tone of things to choice from. I love all the paintings and posters they have. We got our Queen matter and adjustable bet frame and I can’t wait to by the kingsize next!!

Amazing experience. Went in looking for the basics for our new house. Left with an order for split king adjustable bed bases & mattresses. Not top of our list, but the right features at a very fair price. We've returned twice to look at more & will certainly purchase again, as soon as the new flooring is finished. No pressure, non-commission people. Family owned (4th Gen?) so our dollars go to people who live & work in B'ham. Drive past the mall & head to Grffith.

We got our couch here and we love it! They came and installed it in our apartment. They have a huuuuge selection inside their store. And I loved how customizable the couches were. We got our perfect couch with our cuddle corner that we love! We even got to pick out faberic for throw pillows for it. Friendly and very helpful staff, and an incredibly sleepy and adorable dog is there to greet you at the door.

I've had 3 experiences with Griffith now, and all were excellent. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, there is a cute dog (important), and the furniture selection is massive. (I spent a whole morning walking through the store and trying out all the couches. It was nice.) Still very happy with the pieces I picked out. It was just a great experience, much better than going to a chain store; they really do feel like a family business.
